Marketing Your Business On A Tight Budget Using Funded Proposal

So you want to know more about funded proposals? It's simply a way to earn money even when someone does not buy your primary product that you are promoting.

I could stop here with the definition, but hey I want to give you more valuable information that you can use to help you promote your business and ultimately make money online.

Now pay attention to this...

Many online marketers have been using funded proposal for years. Some might think it's a scam or a sneaky way to make money. I totally have to disagree. I call it smart marketing, besides that it works.

Let's dig a little deeper into a funded proposal. First off you need a product to sell, whether it's cat scratch posts, quilts, or red wagons you begin by the process by selling an inexpensive item that is useful for your prospect. Give them what they want even if they are on a tight budget.

Now that you have offered your prospect an inexpensive item, and they opt-into your blog or website, you have them in your marketing funnel. While your marketing to them through your autoresponders you are building a relationship with them. You are building trust. Remember people hate to be sold but will buy from people they trust. Don't blow it here. Continue to provide good valuable information and products.

Now as you discover new products that you believe your prospect will be interested in you share with them through your email marketing. Remember your prospect might be on a tight budget so the funded proposal process will be very helpful for you and them.

Often times you will help your prospect discover new products and services they have been searching for and unable to find on their own. During this process you introduce your primary product, some of your new friends will buy your product but quite honestly most don't, and that's okay because they have already joined you through what we call a funded proposal.

Even when you are on a tight budget keep in mind these few things:

1. Adding new people to your prospect list is much harder than keeping the people you already have., give people what they want and need. Deliver what you promise.

2. Be sure you are providing value, you are not just a "peddler" you are an expert. This will build respect and trust with your prospects. By all means offer solutions for people, isn't' that why they are seeking you in the first place? Give them what they want!

3. Remember you have something to offer. You need to position yourself as the leader.Be sure and work on yourself. Continue to be a leader and people will follow. Remember not to push your product onto your new friends, if they don't want what you have to offer it's okay but do try to find out what they do want.

Since you are on a tight budget consider these tips:

1. Use your ebooks that you have been collecting as a give-away. Be sure you have your prospect opt-into your marketing list so that you can continue to market to them.

2. Write articles and place ads in free classified online. There are many directories to choose from

3. Consider doing some advertising on craigslist, great ideas to get you going in the book below.

I've given you some ideas to get your juices flowing. I want you to know this book is the book I first bought when I started my marketing business. You will not only learn how to market yourself using free and inexpensive advertising you will learn how to position yourself as a leader and begin your funded proposal on a tight budget.

I hope this has helped you. Even if you don't get the book, be sure and grab the free training available.
